Jordana is a Principal and CEO of Fore Design and Flex Planning, responsible for shaping the strategic direction, performance and long-term growth of the business. She ensures the practice remains commercially focused, well-positioned, and delivers strong outcomes for clients while supporting the ongoing performance and growth of the business.
With a background in town planning, Jordana brings extensive experience across a broad range of complex development in both commercial and residential environments.
Jordana plays a key role in establishing the systems, processes and culture that support delivery across both businesses, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment where the team is empowered to contribute, innovate and deliver quality outcomes for clients.
She is a board member of Regional Development Australia – Adelaide Hills, Fleurieu and Kangaroo Island, and is actively involved in the South Australian Business Chamber’s Thirtyniners Cohort and the Family Business Association as an Ambassador. Jordana is a former Chairperson of the Hahndorf Business and Tourism Association and a past member of the Planning Institute of Australia’s Young Planning Committee. In 2025, she was awarded Emerging Leader in a Family Business Asia-Pacific.
Outside of work, Jordana enjoys camping and creating simple, memorable experiences with her young family.
