Alessio brings excellent interpersonal and organisational skills to the Flex team as a Cadet Planning Consultant. Having completed a Bachelor of Architectural Studies, he is currently completing a Master of Urban and Regional Planning, further developing his passion for heritage conservation, adaptive re-use, and sustainable development outcomes across South Australia.
Alessio enjoys helping clients navigate the planning approval process from initial feasibility through to development approval. His combined background in architecture and planning allows him to assess projects from both a design and regulatory perspective, identifying practical solutions that balance planning requirements, design outcomes, and client objectives. His strong communication skills enable him to translate complex planning legislation and assessment requirements into clear, achievable steps, helping clients progress their projects with confidence.
Outside of the office, Alessio can usually be found (or heard) at a soccer stadium, either playing for Mount Barker United or commentating in the NPL SA Leagues on Youtube. A passionate advocate for community sport, he enjoys contributing to the game from every angle, whether as a player, supporter, commentator, podcaster, or television show co-host.
Away from sport, Alessio enjoys spending time with his dogs, Massimo and Isabella.
