As Operations Manager, Alison plays a central role in the performance and day-to-day functions of Fore Design and Flex Planning. She is responsible for overseeing workflow processes and general office operations, ensuring the businesses runs efficiently and supports high-quality outcomes for our clients.
Working across both businesses, Alison manages budgets, tracks project performance and balances the operational requirements of a growing, multidisciplinary team. Her ability to bring structure, clarity and consistency to internal processes supports informed decision-making and enables the team to operate effectively across design and planning projects.
With extensive experience as a qualified graphic designer, Alison also contributes to the visual direction and marketing of the business, maintaining consistency across branding and marketing materials and ensuring alignment with the Fore Design and Flex Planning identities.
Alison’s role is defined by strong attention to detail, a practical approach to problem-solving and a commitment to supporting both people and performance across the organisations.
Outside of the office, Alison enjoys hiking, planning the next family holiday or unwinding on her yoga mat.
