Complementing the popular Cobb’s Hill Estate cellar door and restaurant, the new function centre will include a ‘coach house’ to display a replica Cobb and Co. stagecoach with the ability to move the stagecoach outdoors if required. Also included will be a bar and a versatile indoor–outdoor events space, perfectly suited to intimate celebrations of up to 24 seated guests.
The proposal will complement and support the existing primary production and tourism activities of Cobb’s Hill Estate, enhancing the premium visitor experiences, without compromising the locality’s pleasant rural character.
The three luxury accommodation cottages—two studio retreats and one generous two‑bedroom cottage—each offer a private deck and spa, providing guests with an immersive and authentic rural experience directly associated with the estate’s primary production and cellar-door operations.
