We are pleased to have achieved full Development Approval for our client’s vision to expand their medical practice in Mount Barker to an adjoining site. The current consulting rooms accommodate general practice services, as well as GP obstetrics and shared antenatal care, mums and babies, skin cancer, and weight management.
An existing dwelling on the subject site has already been demolished to make way for the new facility – the final proposal includes 4 consulting rooms, a treatment room, reception and waiting area plus staff and storage facilities.
The consulting rooms are of a scale and nature that support the intent of the Zone, enhancing community access to essential services without compromising residential amenity.
