Siteworks have begun at The Cedars, Hahndorf, as building the much-anticipated Heysen Gallery project gets underway.
South Australian builder Marshall & Brougham have been engaged to construct this dynamic multipurpose art gallery, which will house and protect the artistic works of both Hans and Nora Heysen.
Flex Planning worked closely with the Heysen Foundation to manage the variation application as the design evolved. The process was a smooth collaboration with Council staff and State Heritage.
The Gallery is funded with a federal grant under the Adelaide City Deal, and is scheduled for completion at the end of 2025.
