The Adlington Residence was originally the home of Dr. Auricht. We believe it to be constructed in the early 1900s. When our client purchased the property in 2019, the house was in substantially original condition although rundown
Flex Planning were engaged to provide planning support and management for the council approvals for a contemporary addition to the original house. The addition includes modern amenities including kitchen and living areas as well as an undercroft garage serviced by a lift. It was important that the additions supported the heritage aspects of the original house without dominating its original features.
