Designed by Fore Design in liaison with Heritage SA and local planning authorities we are proud to have supported this new commercial property development through to Development Approval. The 4600m² site incorporates a combination of corporate, healthcare, allied health, retail and hospitality sectors in the State Heritage area of Mount Barker Road, Hahndorf. Flex managed the project through a complicated council approvals process, successfully navigating the application through a complex combination of considerations.
The result is the optimisation of an under-utilised site, providing maximum return on investment, while supporting local businesses and services to the local community.
An additional stage has since received Development Approval with the support of Flex Planning and is now under construction on the adjoining 3000m² site. Incorporating 2 retail tenancies plus a 29-room premium tourist accommodation offering, the new stage of development will provide much sought-after accommodation options supporting the local tourism industry.
